Glass2K is a small freeware utility which can bring in transparency effects like Vista in Windows XP and 2000. This freeware is quite easy to set up and use. You can change the transparency by right-clicking on any window or press the keyboard shortcuts (Control + Shift + [0-9]) to make any window transparent.
