This tool internally resaves images, and this will lead JPEG to degradation of quality. I do commend more accurate utilities instead: EXIFCleaner http://www.superutils.com/products/exifcleaner/ (paid) and the well-known freeware IrfanView http://www.irfanview.com with its lossless transformations.
