We have yet another new theme for Windows 7 from Microsoft and this time it is based on night light of city. City Lights theme is based on the glamour of two Pacific Northwest cities, Vancouver and Seattle during night time. The theme comes bundled with 11 high resolution wallpapers and these are images captured by photographer Talha Tariq.
