Thats is true, anyone can get the details, but its better we don’t display it publicly.
Ohh common guys, in my case, the keywords included Pavan, Pavan Kumar. Of course, these are those for which I rank good, but would I get massive hits from those keywords?
Also this tool says I get 45% of traffic from social media. I don’t even get 4.5% on a regular basis…

Its just a feel-good factor when seeing these kind of websites. Being accurate in terms of popular keywords is impossible. I can say in my case atleast these keywords were surely my top ones almost 3-4 months back!
