MS Office Tip: How to Save files as PDF on the Fly
ADVERTISEMENTSPortable Document Format (PDF) is the standard for the secure and reliable distribution and exchange of electronic documents and forms around the world. Creating PDF’s using Adobe’s software will cost you money as you need to purchase software.

CutePDF Writer is a simple software which can create PDF file from any Office programs on the fly. CutePDF Writer installs itself as a printer subsystem, so any Windows application, which has a print option can generate PDF files.
In Office Documents, to export a file as PDF, you need to take the print settings and select CutePDF writer as the printer name and click ok. The file printed is saved as PDF (it asks to location to save the PDF). Above all CutePDF writer is free for use. CutePDF writer is supported in Microsoft Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/2003/Vista.
Another option of generating a PDF from Office documents is by using the Microsoft Add-on “Save as PDF”. For this you need Microsoft’s genuine validation before downloading. This add-on can also sent the document as e-mail attachment after converting.
