Instagram is now gaining immense popularity, especially with a lot of influencers opting for reels. Reels are one of the most popular options on Instagram where you can make either a 60-second or a 90 seconds reel. At the same time, if you want to post a lot of updates then stories are also available on Instagram. Since stories are time-limited (24 hours), they vanish from the timeline, and only you will be able to see them. But you can always convert your stories into a reel directly from Instagram without using any third-party tool, here is how to do it.

How to Convert Instagram Stories into Reel
Now if you have a lot of Instagram stories, you can quickly convert them into a reel and you can do all this directly from the Instagram interface. Here is how to do it.
Step 1: The first step is to go to your profile and select the highlight story or you can also select it from the stories list.
Step 2: When you press and hold the story from the profile link, you will be able to see the following options (see image below). Here you will also be able to see “Convert to reel” option.
Step 3: Once you select this option, the next step, will sync the clips to the audio.
Step 4: You can search for new music for your reel or select from the list of music available. You will also be able to import music to the reel.
Step 5: In the final step, you will be able to add stickers and use other tools just like your regular reels. Once it is completed, you can publish the reel to your feed.
This is a very simple and easy process to create a reel from your stories using music and texts.
