4 Top Smartphones with 4GB RAM

Smartphones have evolved a lot in terms of hardware including the processor, display, camera and also made better in terms of the overall use. Few years back when smartphones with Android were surfacing, the 512MB was the RAM capacity on most phones. These phones weren’t great in terms of overall experience. But now in 2015, we have phones with higher capacity RAM including 3GB and 4GB RAM.

So here is a list of best phones with 4GB RAM available right now. We will update the article with more phones when they are released.

1. Mi Note Pro

Xiaomi announced the Mi Note Pro back in January 2015 and it comes with 5.7 inch display and has 2k resolution at 2560X1440 pixels. It is powered by 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810processor and 4GB of RAM. The device also comes with 64GB internal storage. The phone comes with 13 MP Sony IMX214 CMOS sensor with f/2.0 aperture, Dual LED with two tone flash and there is 4 MP with large 2-micron pixels front camera. There is also 3000Ah battery included in the device.

It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with MIUI 6 on top of it.

2. Lenovo K80:

Lenovo K80 was recently annnounced and this comes witha 5.5 inch Full HD display and is powered by a 64-bit Intel Atom chipset with 1.8GHz CPU. It comes with 4GB RAM and also features 64GB internal storage along with a massive 4000mAh battery. On the camera, the phone has 13-megapixel rear camera with OIS (optical image stabilisation). The phone runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with Lenovo’s custom Vibe UI. The phone is just 8.5mm thin and comes in black, silver, and red color options.

 

3. ASUS Zenfone 2:

At the CES 2015, ASUS has announced the second generation Zenfone, the ASUS Zenfone 2. The phone features a 5.5 inch Full HD display and is powered by Super Quad Core 64 bit processors from Intel (Z3580) clocked at 2.3Ghz. There is also 4GB RAM available (depending on region, 2GB for certain markets). Zenfone 2 is the first smartphone to feature 4GB RAM. The phone also comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop and on top of it, there is the improved Zen UI. On the imaging aspect, the phone comes with a massive 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and has laser auto focus.

4. ASUS Zenfone Zoom:

This was first announced at CES 2015 and Zenfone Zoom comes with the same 5.5 inch Full HD IPS LCD display and is powered by 2.3GHz Quad Core 64 bit processor from Intel (Z3580) with 2GB/ 4GB of RAM. The camera is the highlight of the Zenfone Zoom and it features 10-element lenses with 3X optical zoom, optical image stabilization (OIS), laser auto-focus and dual-color Real Tone flash, PixelMaster features: Low Light mode / Backlight (HDR) mode / Enhanced Beautification mode / Manual mode / Zero shutter lag.

Rest of the features are similar to Zenfone 2 including Android 5.0 Lollipop with custom Zen UI.
