Folder Background Changer is a nice freeware tool for Windows 7 which allows you to set any image as the background for folders. With this tool, you can set your favorite images as background for each of the folders. The image set for the folder is specific to that particular folder, you each folder can have different images as background. The application integrates itself to the properties windows of the folders, so you can change the backgrounds easily.
You can right click on any folder and select the properties from the context menu. Select the Folder Background tab, this tab is created once you install the app. Click on Set Image button and select the image you want to set as wallpaper. You can also select the color of text and also has the option to add the image to all sub folders.
After you choose your background and set image the next time you open the folder you will see the new background.
