We have covered some of the basic tips in Joomla website and we are now sharing on how to send an email to all the registered user of your Joomla site. For example, you are planning to to some maintenance on your site and want to inform your users about a possible down time. Instead of emailing all users one by one, you can send a mass email to all the registered users of your website.
To send a Mass mail, open the Tools menu and select Mass Mail.
Mass mail settings have two panels, the left one is to select the intended members, you can select from the list. There is also option to make the mail HTML compatible. You can also make all the users as BCC list.
On the right side, you can compose the email body and subject. You can add HTML formatting in case you have enabled them in previous step
Once you are done with the email, click on Send Mail button above and your email will be send to all the registered users of your Joomla site.
