This could be useful if the users have to enter some data into the PDF files before taking prints. You can customize the PDF page with control like textbox, radio button, labels etc and also customize the look & feel of you form using a variety of fonts, colors and borders. Once you are done with the creation of PDF, you can use Google ID to save the documents.

The free version of PDFAmigo inserts a huge watermark on the PDF document created. You can purchase the created document for $1 for each page in the document. Additional documents in the PDF will be charged at 50¢ per page. Even if you purchase the PDF, you will still need to pay for any modifications you make in the future.
