Whenever we watch videos on YouTube, most of the time we get distracted by the other links and videos on the page. The YouTube video page has links to many other videos, related content and also comments from readers. Quietube is a new service which allows you to watch YouTube videos without any distractions.
To watch web videos without the comments and other links, just drag the Javascript to the browser’s bookmarks bar. Once the bookmark is created, whenever you want to watch any YouTube video, open the video URL in YouTube and then click this bookmark.
This would open up a page where only the video is displayed. The interface also provides you with a shortened URL of this new page and sent it to friends, so that they can view it directly.
