FotoFlexer is a free online service for editing images. FotoFlexer claims to be one of the most advanced online image editors with lots of functions and features. FotoFlexer has full complement of powerful editing tools, including all kinds of special effects such as stretching, adding a tint, and drawing a cartoon based on the photo.
You have the option of uploading image from computer or other photo sharing or social networks. Currently FotoFlexer supports MySpace, Facebook, Picasa, Photobucket, Flickr and few others. Once the photo is added or imported, there are eight tabs visible on the top categorized based on the functions. You can do basic editing, add effects, animations, beautify or decorate the image and also create layers.

The features definitely look exciting, but I would have loved to see the ability to add layers like fauxto.
