MS Office Tip: Get more Features in Word with WordToys

WordToys is a add-on for Microsoft word which gives you dozens of free utilities that make Word easier to use and more fun to work with. This add-on has many features which are not available with Word. This add-on adds in a sidebar to Word which gives simple access to many widely used components, such as non-English letters and special characters, bullets, and numbering.

It also introduces a tab based navigation which makes it easy to switch documents. Other feature include the saving of all documents as one workspace and whenever to open the workspace, it opens all the documents in the workspace.

Once WordToys is installed, it takes over in the main toolbar where you can set your fonts, bullets and numbering. You can save the documents as PDF files. This add-on offers the ability to clean all personal information, such as author, versions, and comments from a document. It enables users to run up to 20 operations such as saving, printing, and e-mailing, without having to set up complicated macros and above all WordToys is free to download and use.

WordToys is definitely a wonderful software which adds in lot of features to word, which are currently not available. This add-on is supported by Word 2000, XP and 2003. Its not compatible with Vista yet.
