Twitter is undoubtedly one of the most popular micro blogging platforms with millions of tweet published every day. Twitter was started way back in 2006 and if your account is pretty old you might have hundreds of tweets on your account. If you want to delete these tweets any time, there is no direct option in Twitter web or mobile apps.

In such cases, you will have to rely on third party web services which are free. These services connect to Twitter using oAuth and help you in deleting all your Tweets in one go. Here is a list of few useful services which allows you to delete Tweets in one go. Important note: Deleted tweets are not recoverable, do use it at your own risk.

Web Services:

1. Delete All My Tweets:

Delete All My Tweets is an app which deletes your tweets. If you want to delete all tweets from your Twitter account simply sign in with Twitter, authorise the app, click to confirm and sit back as up to 1000 tweets are deleted in one go. If you need to delete more simply repeat the process.

2. Tweet Eraser:

Tweet Eraser is a completely free service to mass delete your Tweets from your Twitter account(s). The good feature of this app is that you can filter your Tweets before you delete them. Once you authorize the app, you can search for tweets based on filter and then delete them. This is particularly useful if you had tweeted with a hash tag.

3. TweetDelete:

TweetDelete is a service for Twitter users and it allows you to automatically delete your Twitter posts that are older than a maximum age you specify. TweetDelete is useful for people who want to reduce the amount of old data in their Twitter account. TweetDelete can only work within the latest 3,200 tweets on your account.

4. TwitWipe:

TwitWipe is a tool to wipe or delete all your tweets in one go. Like other apps, you need to sign in with your Twitter account and then delete the tweets. This service does not have any restriction on the number of tweets that can be deleted.

Mobile Apps:

1. DLTTR (iOS and Android)

DLTTR is a free mobile app available for both iOS and Android and allows you to bulk delete your tweets. It can delete the latest tweets by an hour, day, week, month, year or all of them once. You can add multiple Twitter accounts to delete tweets and then select the filter to delete the tweets.
