Google released Android 5.0 Lollipop back in October 2014, but still a major percentage of phones released in the budget segment run Android KitKat. Some of the new device releasing this year have the promised update to Lollipop. But at the same time, there are some good devices which runs Android Lollipop out of the box. These new devices are not just limited to high end or flagship category, but also the budget segment.

Micromax Canvas Spark comes with a 4.7 inch qHD display which has a resolution of 960 X 540 pixels and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for preventing scratches. The device runs on a 1.3-Ghz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor and features 1GB RAM. There is 8 GB internal storage space of which around 4.10 GB is available for use. There is also microSD slot for expanding the memory. The phone comes with an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front camera for selfies and video calls. The phone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop and features a 2000 mAh battery.

The phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. The phone has dual SIM card and micro SD card support to expand the memory to 32GB. The internal storage is at 4GB which might not be really useful for a smartphone especially if you install a lot of apps. The battery capacity is at 1800mAh.
