Yu Televenutures has launched their fourth device, Yu Yunique, after the success of Yureka, Yuphoria and Yureka Plus. The new device is the most affordable one from the company so far and they have done well to bring in some good hardware to the lower price point. Yu Yunique features a 4.7 inch HD display (1280 x720p) and is powered by the most popular mid range processor, the Snapdragon 410 Quad Core 64 bit processor. It is coupled with 1GB of RAM and the phone also comes with 8GB of internal storage.
Design wise, there are lots of similarities with the Yuphoria especially the camera unit on the rear panel.
The Yunique runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with the custom ROM from Cyanogen, similar to other Yu devices. The phone packs a 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a front facing 2MP camera. The camera is capable of 1080p recording. There is Corning Gorilla glass 3 protection on the display and the phone comes with dual SIM card support.
On the connectivity front, the phone has 4G LTE support along with Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and micro USB. The phone has 2000mAh battery which is down from 2500 on Yuphoria.

Yunique is priced Rs 4999 which we feel is great pricing considering the specs. The device is also offered with 2 back cover combos for Rs 5999. The default back cover is black, you can pick Serene white and Moonstone grey. The phone is available exclusive to Snapdeal and will be via flash sale.
