Last year Micromax has launched the Canvas Xpress (review), a budget device with decent specs and a stand out design. Today, the company has launched the successor the Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 (E313) with impressive specs for the pricing. The phone comes with 5 inch HD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and is powered by 1.4 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6592M processor with Mali 450 GPU.
Design of Canvas Xpress 2 is very similar to the Canvas Spark which was launched few months back for Rs 4999.
The phone packs 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage which is expandable via micro SD card. On the camera front, the phone packs a 13MP rear camera with dual LED Flash and a 2MP front-facing camera.
The phone also comes with dual SIM card support with 3G and runs on Android KitKat 4.4. The device is upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop. Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 is the cheapest Octa core device available in India.
The phone also features 2500mAh battery and comes in Black finish with Gold rim. Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 (E313) is priced at Rs. 5,999. It will be available only only and will be exclusive to Flipkart. It will follow the flash sale model and you need to register for the sale staring today at 6PM and will continue till midnight of August 3rd. The first sale is on August 4th from 2PM.
