Microsoft has released the beta version of the latest Windows Live Writer (wave 4) with new features and a totally new interface which comes with ribbon features. If you have worked with the previous version of Live Writer, you might find it a bit difficult to spot the buttons and controls. One of the important changes in keyboard shortcut is the change to insert image, which previous was Ctrl+L and it is not replaces as CTRL+J.
