One good feature of having a Nokia branded Windows Phone 7 is that there are some very good apps from Nokia exclusively for the Lumia range of phones. We have already covered the new Transport App from Nokia. The newly released app from Nokia is the Creative Suite which is an awesome free app to take pictures, edit them and also add filters and effects and finally share them. It also bring the Panorama feature to Windows Phone 7. You can also share your edited images to social sites like Facebook, Twitter and also Flickr.
The app has three option to select an image, you can either use the albums (existing photos) or capture from the camera or use the Panorama (stitching multiple images into one).
Once you select the image, you can see the live preview of various effects available for the image, this includes, old photo, auto enhance, water color, sketch, cartoon and many more.
There are various other adjustment options available mainly to crop, rotate images or change the contrast, sharpness, exposure etc. When you apply an effect, you can see the split view of how the image looked before and after the effect was added. This is again a good feature when you add effects. Another nice feature of the app is that you can add multiple effects to an image. For example, you can apply a sketch effect initially and then improve the sketch effect by using the auto enhance feature.
Other than the editing option, you also have the face warps and live styles available on the main screen. These effects can be used by taking a new capture from the camera.
Overall, Creative Studio is a great app for your Nokia WP7 phones considering the face that it is completely free of cost. You can download the app from the Marketplace.
