We have covered a free web service FillAnyPDF, which allows you to fill any PDF file online. Now if you do not have an active Internet connection, this might not work out. Blueberry’s PDF Form Filler is a free desktop application that enables you to fill in and print PDF forms, especially application forms downloaded, which cannot be filled by Adobe Reader.
When you open any PDF file using this application, it automatically scans and detects all the fields which can be filled. You can also add text and annotation using this tool.
PDF Form Filler provides option to save the PDF file or print after filling the fields. You can also lock the fields so that they not changeable later. The PDF Forms Filler additionally supports check boxes. When the auto-detection algorithm finds a small square it adds a checkbox. Click it to check/uncheck.
