Update Facebook Status from Gmail using Chrome Extension
Google Buzz when it was released added a new link to your Gmail inbox where you can update the Google buzz status. Facebook is the most popular social network out there and if you want Facebook inside Gmail just the way buzz appears, then you should be trying the Gmail Facebook integration extension for Chrome. Once installed, the extension adds a similar interface like Google buzz for Facebook in Gmail.
You need to login to Facebook and give access to this application for accessing Facebook updates inside Gmail. The extension is still in alpha stage and has some bugs like the status updates are not visible all the time you open and you need to refresh it.
This extension should be useful for people using Facebook and want to get a similar interface like Buzz in Gmail.
