If you have some confidential data on your logical drives in Windows, then you can hide them with NoDrives. NoDrives Manager is a free application for Windows, which allows you to hide Windows logical drives by modifying the registry. When you want to make the drives available, you can simply unhide the drive using the same interface. The application has all the listed drive alphabets and you can select the drives which you want to hide.

The NoDrives Manager uses a 32-bit word to define local and network drive visibility for each logical drive in the computer. The lower 26 bits of the 32-bit word correspond to drive letters A through Z. Drives are visible when set to 0 and hidden when set to 1.

It also has a command line utility where you can hide drives from the command prompt. Each drive has an associated decimal value and by specifying this value you can hide the drive. When you use the command ndm.exe 67108863 this will hide all available drives.
