Once installed, it performs a scan on all the themes installed on your blog and checks for any threats. In case the plugin detects any malicious or encrypted code, you can contact the theme author and check the exact use of the code before actually doing the code clean up.
This plugin shows the exact location where the malicious code is detected and when you click, it will open the theme editor with the file to be modified. So if you are using a theme which is not developed by you, this plugin could be useful to track any unwanted codes or scripts.
