MP3Splitter is a freeware tool to split large MP3 files and also to re-encode MP3. This free tool allows you to do splitting and re-encoding mp3’s in user defined time segments. Originally written for splitting audio books, but also useful for other large mp3’s. The user interface is very simple and easy to use. The options in this tool allows you to split MP3, re-encode with different bitrate, rename files and also tag MP3 with album and artists.
