Microsoft's Antivirus suite OneCare was discontinued long back and MSFT was working on a new AV solution codenamed Morro. Microsoft's OneCare Antivirus-suite was lang terug en MSFT werkte aan een nieuwe AV oplossing codenaam Morro gestaakt. Microsoft has stated that Morro would be available by the end of 2009 at the latest. Microsoft heeft verklaard dat Morro beschikbaar zou zijn tegen het einde van 2009 ten laatste. Morro is a free Anti virus from Microsoft which is compete with the low end of anti-virus products. Experts say that the Microsoft's free product is basically a stripped down version of the OneCare product Microsoft and intended for low end users. From the screenshots which are available now it looks like a simple product with UI in tune with Windows 7.
