Windows Live Writer is undoubtedly the most popular free application for blogging. It provides you with lots of features which are available in your blogging software. Windows Live Writer is now available for Windows Mobile. This version although is beta, it works well on Windows Mobiles. we tested this utility on our XPERIA X1 and found it really useful to publish post on the go from your mobile phone. The application runs on Windows Mobile 6 and newer phones. Here are some of the screenshots of Windows Live Writer on Windows Mobile.
There is no need to install the utility, all you have to do is to run the .exe file. Overall the application look good and easy to use, but there are scope for lots of improvements like detecting categories etc. We can expect more features added in the next version.
Currently the utility is available in English and Czech and this is a third party application and not released by Microsoft.
WLW for WinMo is nice..
But what am I thinking is, is it really comfortable blogging from mobile? Though I too have a WinMo with query keyboard but I would rather prefer using Twitter for mobile blogging and linking it with my wordpress blog using some tools like “Twitter tools”.
