In order to use the accelerator, select the text from any website, Click on the arrow icon->  All Accelerators->  Send to Twitter. Para usar o acelerador, selecione o texto a partir de qualquer site, clique no ícone da seta-> Todos os Accelerators-> Enviar para o Twitter.

This will open Twitter with the selected text and also the URL of the website from where the text is selected.
