After the redesign of Analytics and rolling out themes for Gmail, now it was the turn of Google reader to get a new look . Setelah redesign dari Analytics dan rolling out tema untuk Gmail, sekarang adalah gilirannya Google reader untuk mendapatkan tampilan baru. Google has rolled out a new look and feel for its feed reader. Google telah melakukan satu tampilan dan nuansa baru bagi para pembaca feed. As per Google, they have removed some visual clutter, simplified some features and given everything a bit more breathing room. As per Google, mereka telah menghapus beberapa kekacauan visual, beberapa fitur yang disederhanakan dan diberikan semuanya sedikit lebih bernafas kamar. The old rounded corners, drop shadows and heavily saturated colors are also removed. Lama sudut dibulatkan, terjatuh bayangan dan warna yang sangat jenuh juga dihapus.

Apart from the visual changes, there is also the collapsible navigation which is pretty good feature. Selain perubahan visual, terdapat juga dpt navigasi yang fitur pretty good.

Some of the other changes are; Beberapa perubahan lain adalah;

• The “Refresh” button from the subscription list is now in the Subscriptions options menu or triggered by simply clicking on the word “Subscriptions” The "Refresh" tombol dari daftar berlangganan sekarang di Langganan pilihan menu atau dipicu oleh klik pada kata "Langganan"
• The “Show all – updated” controls are now in the Subscriptions options menu. The "Tampilkan semua - diperbarui" kontrol kini dalam pilihan menu Langganan.
• The “Add subscription” button has moved to the top of the navigation pane. "Tambah berlangganan" tombol telah dipindahkan ke bagian atas navigasi pane.
