Windows Live is promoting the I’m a PC campaign and has sent out an email to Windows Live users about a new Live Messenger Theme pack based on the campaign. Theme pack contains a set of display pictures based on the campaign. The download will directly install the theme pack into Windows Live Messenger automatically.

You can download the theme pack from here, make sure that you open the link from Internet Explorer.
