Need for Speed Undercover (NFS) is the twelfth edition of the popular racing video game series NFS, developed by EA Black Box and published by Electronic Arts. The new version is set for release on the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS, Wii, Microsoft Windows, PlayStation Portable, iPod Touch, iPhone and mobile phone on November 2008.

Need for Speed Undercover

EA has announced a new online feature called Cops and Robbers, which will have two teams of players, consisting of up to four members, racing against each other, one team trying to get its precious loot from the drop-off point to the safe house, and the other one trying to stop it.

The cops and robbers mode will thrust players into adrenaline-pumping battles as they utilize the Heroic Driving Engine to deliver or prevent the delivery of the package to the safe house.

Need for Speed system requirements on Windows are;

  • Windows XP or Vista with latest service pack installed
  • Intel Pentium 4 (or equivalent) CPU running at 2.8GHz or higher (3.0GHz if running Windows Vista)
  • 1.5GB RAM(2GB Recommended)
  • Geforce 6500, Radeon 9500 or better DirectX compliant video card with Pixel shader 2.0 or above (AGP and PCIe only) using a supported chipset
  • DirectX compatible sound card
  • 8X or faster DVD Drive
  • 6 GB of HD space required to install game
  • To play online a network card is required for broadband connectivity

Need for Speed Undercover will be released on 18th November in US and 21st November in Europe.

    Im getting GTA 4 now, NFS undercover i feel from reading this post if something like Counterstrike but based on cars ?
