Maintain To Do Things and Websites with WhiteBoard 2008

WhiteBoard 2008 is a free utility designed to keep track of your important to do items. It can be used as your Whiteboard where you can note down all the important things. This application is similar to notes and it can run from the system tray. The utility is less than 200KB in size and it has lots of features similar to notepad in Windows. The Whiteboard 2008 has 10 tabs and a links tab.

These 10 tabs can be renamed for your convenience and saved. There are options for text formatting like align, copy paste, font selection, undo etc. With the 10 tabs you can categorize your work.

The last tab is of links where you can save your favorite websites or applications. It is basically a datagrid where you can add entries. It has 2 columns namely File Name and path/link. Here you can provide path/link to your applications or website and then open it quickly. It can be used similar to bookmarks in browsers.

When not in use, let the program idle in the Window’s System Tray. Do this by clicking on the on the appropriate icon - the first one on the left. WhiteBoard 2008 does not have any setup program, nor do you need one. Just download the zip file and extract the program to a directory of your choice. WhiteBoard 2008 will then run from that directory. WhiteBoard 2008 requires Microsoft .Net framework 2.0.
