Microsoft has released the beta version of Windows Live Wave 3 programs and is available for download. This Wave 3 suite of applications includes Messenger v9, Windows Live Movie Maker, Mail with Calendar synchronization, Writer, Photo Gallery, Family Safety and Outlook Connector. You can either download the web setup which will download and install only the programs you select or download the complete set up file (size 140MB).
Windows Live Writer has a feature to add YouTube videos directly and also has an improved interface. Videos can be added from web, file or from video services. Writer also supports few more blogging services.

Microsoft is changing for the good. They are listening to the customers who are shouting at them and reacting in a very good way with more useful products. After feeling heat of tough competition from Apple & Google and in fact loosing the web battle to its competitors, Microsoft is waking up and putting all the efforts to catch up the race.
