Fotosizer comes with preset sizes and image effects like Black and White, negative etc. It also supports conversion of file formats like BMP, JPG, PNG, GIF and TIF. Fotosizer helps to resize the photos by changing the percentage or the pixel size of the width and height of the image.

Fotosizer lets you resize in 3 easy steps, allowing you to choose the photos you want to resize, the dimensions, and where you want to save the new photos. You can select a folder including sub folders or use drag and drop the select photos. It also displays thumbnail previews of images being resized. Only drawback with Fotosizer is that it supports only limited file formats unlike Irfan view.
