I use IrfanView whenver I need to make an icon out of an image. IrfanView-je utiliser whenver-je besoin de faire une icône d'une image. I think it makes a lot more sense to use IrfanView as its only 1.1mb and does a lot more than just creating icons like this software. Je pense qu'il a beaucoup plus de sens d'utiliser IrfanView comme sa seule 1.1mb et fait beaucoup plus que simplement comme la création de l'icone de ce logiciel. I remember documenting 20 things that could be done with IrfanView. Je me souviens de 20 activités que la documentation qui pourrait être fait avec IrfanView.

Their is one online services which converts png to icon (convertico.com). Leur est l'un des services en ligne qui convertit à l'icône png (convertico.com). Imagicon app sounds good,it is not more than 1mb ! Imagicon app sonne bien, il n'est pas plus de 1 Mo! I have downloaded it and this doesn’t even slow down computer J'ai téléchargé et ce n'est même pas ralentir ordinateur
