Sony Ericsson XPERIA Updates and New Pictures

One of the most interesting and eagerly waited model of the year, Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 has gone another update and this is supposed to be third update. Sony Ericsson had updated the white paper of XPERIA few days back and confirmed that XPERIA will ship with 256 MB SDRAM. There is also improvement in battery performance and also XPERIA will now have another color- Steel Silver. Below are some of the new pictures from Sony Ericsson website. XPERIA is slated to release in mid of September this year.

Looks beautiful. Wonder how expensive will it be ?
Even though the phone looks good … I am finding it a bit bulky… one disadvantage of slide open phone is that you cant type the message or cant slide it out with one hand …
Moreover, I read a detailed review of Sony Xperia couple of weeks back … forgot the website name though … the review was pretty authentic
I was hoping to get this but looks like we have to wait for long…and also good phones from HTC has come…

Reviewers are always behind Sony Ericsson to find out some mistakes, either they say there is no 3.5 mm Jack or they say the QWERTY key pad is not good,now XPERIA was a model which have got almost everything right for SE criticizers, still they will find out some crap -ve aspects.
Anyways I’ll be getting one in September if it comes to India.

… Anyways … if at all you are buying Xperia ..do post a review 
I find the bottom portion of Xperia to be pirticularly unappealing with a big rectangular button in the centre surrounded by some zigzag shapes.
But as far as raw processing power goes, Xperia is totally awesome. This one is definitely going to be a winner in terms of functionality and performance.
It is one one of the highly antisipated releases this year.As a Soney Ericson addict my self I am very eagerd and awaiting its release. Now that I know of its features any one can say that it not going to be cheap :D.

When will this phone be available here at the philippines? I already asks some people at Sony Ericsson’s store and they told me different release dates (some said it will be here by the end of september while others said that by the end of december). It’s really confusing. I’ve been wanting to buy this fone ever since its first announcement.
The Xperia is going to be mobile to have in 2008, and hopefully reinvent Windows Mobile. HTC has been doing some great things lately, the X1 wont be any different.
