Many windows like settings and properties are not resizeable in Windows. ResizeEnable is a small freeware utility to resize any non-resizeable window. ResizeEnable lets you turn usually non-resizeable windows into resizeable windows. Most windows will respond correctly, but some may not function even with this utility.

This freeware does not require any installation, just unzip the file and run the ResizeEnableRunner.exe. This program runs in the task bar.
