If you want to turn it on, press the power button on the top, (not press and hold). I’m not sure of arabic keyboard, may be you can google if any arabic keyboard exists for XPERIA.

can I type arabic language in this mobile phone (Sony Ericsson) and also when it turn off ( stand by) how can I turn it on again without opening the keybord ?
