Few days back I had mentioned about a screen sharing service, CrossLoop, which is very simple and easy to use and yet secure. CrossLoop has now announced a new feature called Market place, which is basically a Tech support service where people who needs help can contact helpers in CrossLoop. Currently there are around 5000 helpers in various categories like Windows, Mac, networking, security etc.

How does this work?
First you need to do a search for the field where you need help. The results shows the total number of helpers with their session and number of customers handled.

Next you select the person whom you want to contact. His profile is displayed with the areas of expertise, reputation and rate cards. The helpers can fill up their rate cards based on the services they are offering.

Once you have selected the helper, you can contact him describing your problem. One thing I could not get details on was how the payment is made to the helper, I guess it should be though Paypal.
This service is definitely going to be a hit considering the fact that lot of people with good technical knowledge can make huge money online. Blogger can also make money with this service by giving help in blogging, SEO and other stuffs.
So if you are a techie guy, you should be creating a profile in CrossLoop by now.
