Microsoft Video is currently in beta stage and only contents from US are available. It will be tough time for Microsoft with the video portal as there are lots of strong players like You Tube which does not require any installation.
It also depends on the quality of the videos available. If they are blocky as YouTube or better resolution? Also if their is enough variety?
