Access is in case you are helping someone and share is when you need help from your friend. Well it works like this, in case you want to help someone, you need to get the access code from your friend whom you want to help. You can share it through mail or IM or phone. Once you get the Code, type in and connect to your friends PC and take control of it. Remember each code has only 2 minutes of time to get connected. The same goes for sharing, you need to give the access code to your friend and he connects to your PC using this code. CrossLoop also provides you the functionality of File sharing. All CrossLoop sessions are secured by 128 Bit encryption algorithm and because it randomly generates 12 digit code every time you open it up.

Another great feature of CrossLoop is the CrossLoop Profiles. These profiles can be used to promote your expertise anywhere on the web. These profile pages shows the details of help
