Google Docs Redesigned with Menus and Colored Folders

ADVERTISEMENTS

After updating the toolbar last month, Google has revamped the docs by adding new menu feature. This menu replaces the toolbar and it looks cleaner and integrates the revision history, the Edit includes some of the options that are missing from the toolbar (cut/copy/paste) and also the HTML code editor. Google Docs now includes most of the menus from Microsoft Word and Google says that there is still room for improvement, so we can expect new features in the future.

The disappointing fact is that these features are available only in Docs and Spreadsheet remains the same with no changes. Apart from this, Google has also added colored folders in Docs, this feature was available in Gmail for labels. Now you can select the colors of the folders.
