Dropbox steunt versiecontrole zodat zelfs als iemand het dossier wijzigt u deelt, krijgt u een exemplaar van oorspronkelijk dossier. Dropbox handhaaft de versies van elk gemaakt verandert.

Hoe werkt Dropbox?

Eerst en vooral moet u de software van downloaden en installeren Dropbox website (nodig vereist uit, te verlaten gelieve commentaar als u Dropbox) wilt uitproberen. Na installatie, zal het tot een omslag in uw documenten genoemd „Mijn Dropbox“ leiden. Nu sync uw PC met de website en uw rekening. Zodra dit wordt gedaan, zijn alle online gecre�ërde omslagen beschikbaar in „Mijn Dropbox“. Als u een omslag moet creëren, doe het de normale manier wij omslag in Vensters creëren. De pas gecreëerde omslagen zijn gesynchroniseerd met de online omslagen. Toevoegen van dossiers is gemakkelijker, allen u bent wenst het dossier aan de omslag in uw systeem te kopiëren. Dropbox synchroniseert online en uploadt de dossiers.

Wanneer u een dossier wilt delen, moet allen u wenst de dossiers aan de gedeelde omslag in uw PC toevoegen, automatisch zullen de dossiers in al uw vriendendropbox worden bijgewerkt. Niet is het eenvoudig? Geen behoefte aan login aan om het even welke website en downloadt het. You can also see which folders are shared with the icon on the folders.

How to Share folder?

Well this is again simple process, click on the small arrow icon to the side of folders and select share.

Enter the email address and sent the invite to the person whom you want to share files.

Currently Dropbox is by invite only and in case you like to try out Dropbox, do leave a comment and we’ll be glad to sent you invites. Dropbox seems to be best service for sharing and storing files online and looks promising. So what are you waiting for, leave a comment and try out Dropbox.
