How to Add Signature in Outlook 2007 Come aggiungere Firma in Outlook 2007
Adding a signature to your e-mails will add a professional touch to your emails especially if sending corporate emails. Adding a signature to emails is the same way as in Outlook 2003 , only difference is that you can add a signature using the ribbon feature in Outlook 2007 . Open Outlook and click on compose new email, when the new page comes up, select the Insert tab on the ribbon. Aprire Outlook e fare clic sul comporre un nuovo messaggio, quando la nuova pagina si apre, selezionare la scheda Inserisci il nastro.
Click on add new signature and enter a name for your signature. Fare clic su Aggiungi nuova firma e immettere un nome per la tua firma. Enter the details you want in the signature and then save it. Immettere i dettagli che si desidera nella firma e poi salvarlo. You can choose a default signature if you have more than one signatures. È possibile scegliere una firma predefinita se hai più di uno firme. You can set you font, size and colour of signature. È possibile impostare voi carattere, la dimensione e il colore della firma.
Now select this signature from the Signature menu in Insert tab. Ora, selezionare questa firma dalla Firma dal menu Inserisci nella scheda.

Nirmal, I am sure this will do wonders, especially for corporate emails. Nirmal, sono certo che questo farà si chiede, in particolare per e-mail aziendale. i can add signitures to my email but how do you add more than one to an email as i try to add more and it just replaces the one i had put in previously…im confused as you can do it in the older versions but not on this version i signitures possibile aggiungere alla mia e-mail, ma come si fa a aggiungere più di uno a un messaggio di posta elettronica come cerco di aggiungere più e si sostituisce solo quello che aveva in precedenza messo in confusione ... GI come puoi farlo in versioni precedenti, ma non su questa versione
