Something is wrong.
My Gmail account and my GoogleApps mail both are still not getting new Gmail. I use UK English.
When I switch to US English, I see the new Gmail.
When I switch back to UK English, it switches back to old Gmail.
I just tried it again. And this is mid-April 2008.
