Windows XP Tips: Reorganise Windows Folders نصائح ويندوز إكس بي : اعادة تنظيم المجلدات ويندوز
Whenever you create a new user account in Windows , it creates a lot of folders like “ My Documents “, “ My Music ” etc. Most of the times when you save documents or download music or pictures, these are saved in these folders and all these data are stored in default drive of OS. كلما قمت بإنشاء حساب مستخدم جديد في ويندوز ، فإنها تخلق الكثير من المجلدات مثل "بلادي الوثائق" ، و "بلادي الموسيقى" وما إلى معظم من الأوقات عندما تقوم بالحفظ أو وثائق أو تحميل الموسيقى أو الصور ، هذه هي إنقاذ في هذه المجلدات وجميع ويتم تخزين هذه البيانات في التقصير حملة من نظام التشغيل. In case Windows crashes and you need to re-install Windows, then you end up loosing all data. في حالة تحطم ويندوز ولكم حاجة لإعادة تثبيت ويندوز ، ثم ينتهي بك الأمر فقدان جميع البيانات.
In order to keep data safe, you can reorganize your Windows folders. لإبقاء البيانات آمنة ، يمكنك إعادة تنظيم المجلدات الخاصة بك ويندوز. Right click on My Documents and click properties. حق انقر على بلدي الوثائق وانقر فوق خصائص. Select the target tab in properties. اختر علامة التبويب الهدف في الممتلكات. Type in the desired location where you want to reorgaize data. النوع في الموقع المطلوب حيث تريد reorgaize البيانات. Here I have given as drive E:\Backup . لقد قدمت الى هنا كما حملة هاء : \ النسخ الاحتياطي. Once you have enetered the path, click OK. وبمجرد الانتهاء من enetered الطريق ، انقر فوق موافق. It will ask whether you want to move all data to new location and chose Yes. وسوف نتساءل عما إذا كانت ترغب في نقل جميع البيانات إلى الموقع الجديد واختار نعم.
Now all the documents and files in My Documents would be moved to new location. الآن جميع الوثائق والملفات والوثائق في بلدي سيتم نقلها الى مكان جديد. Whenever you save any new documents to My Documents, then these will be saved on the new path hence keeping you data safe. كلما إنقاذ أي وثائق جديدة لبلدي الوثائق ، وبعد ذلك سيتم حفظ هذه على مسار جديد ، ومن ثم حفظ لكم البيانات الآمنة. This method can be used in Windows Vista as well. هذه الطريقة يمكن استخدامها في ويندوز فيستا أيضا.

Thats a simple useful tip. Thats بسيطة معلومات مفيدة. I have been manually copying every file to a similar folder these days. لقد تم نسخ كل ملف يدويا إلى مجلد مماثل في هذه الأيام. Like “E:/backup”. مثل "هاء : / الاحتياطية". this tip should save sometime for me definitely. هذا بلاغ ينبغي لإنقاذ ما لي بالتأكيد.
when you save something after creating the backup folder will it save in both locations or it only saves in the new location? عندما إنقاذ شيء بعد إنشاء النسخة الاحتياطية مجلد أنها سوف انقاذ في كل من المواقع أو أنه يوفر فقط في الموقع الجديد؟
