URLRun is a little console app that can be used to reconnect URLs split between lines in an email. It’s smart enough to take out spaces and > characters when an URL is split between forward lines in an email. To use, copy the URL (with spaces and weird characters and all) into the clipboard and run UrlRun.exe. It will take the URL out of the clipboard, clean it up and start up IE.
In order to use it frequently you can keep the shortcut in quick launch toolbar. This is a very simple utility to check broken urls.
There is another version of this software which is exclusively for Microsoft Outlook. It acts as an add-on for Outlook and clears and captures broken urls from the emails. All you need is to select an url in the body of the message It can be long and broken and ugly. Right-click the selected text, and select UrlRun from the context menu.
This add-on will not work in Outlook express. URLRun add-on works only with plain text messages.

Looks like a good software to me. Ever since I started using Gmail in Outlook I have had to face a lot of broken url’s in emails sent by my friends.
