The new Office 2007 has lots of features which are not available in previous versions of Office.新的Office 2007中有很多的特点，不具备在以前版本的Office 。 Office 2007 also has few new formats like .xlsx, .xltx, .xltm, .docx etc. If you are sharing documents, then there are chances that some of the features may not be available if the other user is not having or using Office 2007. Office 2007 provides an option to check whether the new features are compatible with the older version of Office. Office 2007中提供了一种选择，检查是否的新功能兼容旧版本的办公室。 This is called compatibility checker.这就是所谓的相容性检查。
In order to check compatibility, click on the Office button on the top left hand corner-> Prepare-> Run Compatibility checker.为了检查兼容性，按一下按钮，该厅的顶部左下角， “准备- > ”运行兼容性检查。
