MS Office Tip: How to Save files as PDF on the Fly
Portable Document Format (PDF) is the standard for the secure and reliable distribution and exchange of electronic documents and forms around the world. Creating PDF’s using Adobe’s software will cost you money as you need to purchase software.

In Office Documents, to export a file as PDF, you need to take the print settings and select CutePDF writer as the printer name and click ok. Hey Madhur, i had been using cutepdf…you can infact save any document as pdf using it….not just MS office documents…
you can even save a notepad or texpad or any webpage as pdf documents using cutepdf and then print them out…it is cool and you can do it on the fly…

Its not a build in Add-on, you need to install it, but free of cost.

Indeed, you are right, CutePDF is really good one, it can create PDF for any windows apps with a print option.
To make pdf from office applications, “Save as pdf” is nice. It is a useful addon of office applications.
