If you don;t want to install any plugin/add-on, you can try convert those documents using online service, such as http://www.pdfonline.com/
Hey Madhur, i had been using cutepdf…you can infact save any document as pdf using it….not just MS office documents…
you can even save a notepad or texpad or any webpage as pdf documents using cutepdf and then print them out…it is cool and you can do it on the fly…

Indeed, you are right, CutePDF is really good one, it can create PDF for any windows apps with a print option.
To make pdf from office applications, “Save as pdf” is nice. It is a useful addon of office applications.
