MS Office Tip: Repeat Previous Action using F4 مرض التصلب العصبي المتعدد مكتب نصيحة : تكرار العمل السابقة باستخدام F4
In Microsoft Office, you can repeat your previous action performed using the F4 key on the keyboard. في مايكروسوفت أوفيس ، يمكنك تكرار العمل السابقة الخاصة بك يقوم باستخدام مفتاح F4 على لوحة المفاتيح. The computer remembers your previous action and this can be repeated using F4. الكمبيوتر الخاص بك يتذكر السابقة وهذا العمل يمكن المتكررة باستخدام F4.
For example say you have drawn a table using the tools menu in word and you need to repeat the same table in another page or another word document. فعلى سبيل المثال يقول لديك وضع جدول باستخدام القائمة أدوات في كلمة وتحتاج إلى تكرار نفس الجدول في صفحة أخرى أو كلمة أخرى وثيقة من وثائق. Note that computer remembers the last action and in between you do any other action, it will repeat the last action. علما أن الحاسوب يتذكر الماضي وعمل في بينكم وبين القيام بأي عمل آخر ، وسوف نكرر الماضي.

This is really useful if you are doing lot of formatting with Word or Excel. هذا هو حقا من المفيد لو انك تفعل الكثير من الشكل مع وورد أو إكسل.

I use it frequently for inserting or deleting rows in Excel whenever they are more time saving than traditional approach of selecting the number of row and inserting or deleting. الأول أنها كثيرا ما تستخدم لإدخال أو حذف الصفوف في اكسل كلما أنهم المزيد من الوقت لإنقاذ أكثر من النهج التقليدي للاختيار عدد من الخلاف وإدراج أو حذف.
